From Brisbane on the Ipswich Motorway , ignore Route 54 Warrego Hwy to Toowoomba turnoff and Route 15 Cunningham Hwy to Warwick turnoff and proceed directly into Ipswich on Brisbane Rd. Once past Queens Park (on your left) you take the third turn to the left into Gordon St (St Peters Church is on the corner) and at the end of the street there is a right/left dog leg into Warwick Road. The second set of lights is at Moffatt Street and the Motor Inn is on the right hand side on this corner of Warwick & Moffatt. From Warwick on the Cunningham Highway you take the Yamanto exit and head for Ipswich on Warwick Rd. You are about 5kms from the motel at this point. You pass the shopping precinct, rural residential areas, the Golf Club on the left and Cemetery on the right. Your next landmark is the Showgrounds on the left (at roundabout) and, once straight through this roundabout you will arrive at the Motor Inn on the left in the next block - the corner of Warwick Rd and Moffatt Street From Toowoomba on the Warrego Highway you enter Ipswich via Pine Mountain Road on the north. Follow this through (it changes to Downs Street) and cross the Bremer River into the city centre. Proceed through to top of East St (the Ipswich Hospital is at the end) and take a left hand turn into Churchill Street. Turn right into Warwick Rd and the Motor Inn is located at the second set of lights on the corner of Moffatt Street.

From Brisbane Airport, you take the Gateway Motorway, cross the Brisbane River over the Gateway Bridge and proceed to the Logan Motorway. Do not take the Gold Coast turnoff.
